HOW WILL YOUR PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

Larger items, such as desks and chairs, will be mailed in pieces and will need to be put together by the customer themselves. Smaller items, accessories, and cushions, will arrive as they are shown in the picture, instantly ready to use.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Any returned item must be non-assembled with all tags intact. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied back to your form of payment within 24 hours. If your refund is rejected you will receive the product back within 14 days. Please allow up to a week for us to process your refund. 

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Expressed Warranty: When purchasing a Chairish product, you are guaranteed a 30 day express warranty.

 

Extended Warranty: While express warranties are included, you have the option to purchase extended warranty on only desks and chairs for $10.99 per product. This includes the Home Bundle, but not the School Bundle.This extended warranty is available for 90 days.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we ship across all of America and are looking to the possibilities of expanding to other countries. As it stands, Canada will be the next country we ship to.
